With our background being in luxury new housing development, we absolutely understand the issues that come with aftercare with new build developments. Although Site teams will endeavor to reduce snagging prior to handover, this isn't always possible because it doesn’t have that lived in approach.

The issues developers then tend to have is, they have to send in various different trades to reduce snagging lists complied either by professional defect reporters or home owner snagging.

 

This is where we come in, we are a one stop shop. The list is handed over to us, and then its handed back to you complete. Often enough not only can we utilities our extensive labour team, but we can typically source all the materials too.
